Please read the following terms carefully before booking our services
⚠️ IMPORTANT: BOOKING CONFIRMATION
By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined below. Your reservation fee confirms full acceptance of these policies.
📌 RESERVATION & PAYMENT Required
- A ₱1,000 reservation fee is required to secure your event date
- Reservation fee is deductible from the total package cost
- Reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
- 50% downpayment is required two (2) weeks before the event date
- Remaining balance must be settled on or before the event day
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, GCash, or cash
📸 PHOTO COVERAGE TERMS
- Photo coverage duration depends on the selected package
- Number of photos delivered is based on package inclusions
- All photos will be enhanced and color-corrected
- RAW photos are not included unless requested with additional fee
- Editing style is based on the photographer's creative discretion
- Additional shots beyond package limits may incur extra charges
💾 DELIVERY OF PHOTOS & VIDEOS
- All final edited outputs will be delivered digitally
- Turnaround time: within 7–14 working days after the event
- High-resolution photos will be delivered via Google Drive or similar platform
- Files will be stored online for limited time only (30 days)
- Client is advised to download and backup all files immediately
- Rush delivery available with additional fee (see Add-ons)
💰 ADDITIONAL FEES & CHARGES
- Exceeding Time / Extension Fee – ₱1,000 per hour
- Rush Fee (24-Hour Delivery) – ₱1,000
- Travel Fee (Outside Tuguegarao City) – Starting at ₱2,000
Final rate depends on location and number of team members - Overtime Charges apply after 10:00 PM
- Hazard Fee may apply for difficult locations
- Cancellation Fee applies for last-minute cancellations
➕ OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
- Additional Hour (Photo + Video) – ₱1,200 / hour
- Same-Day Photo Preview (10–15 photos) – ₱800
- Rush Video Edit (3–5 days delivery) – ₱1,500
- Full Event Raw Video Clips – ₱1,000
- Additional Photographer – ₱2,000 / event
- Premium Album (20 pages) – ₱3,500
- Printed Photos (4R size) – ₱50 / piece
⚖️ GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Client must provide adequate meals for the photography team
- Photographer retains copyright to all images
- Client grants permission for portfolio use unless specified otherwise
- Force Majeure events may result in rescheduling without penalty
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Booking confirms full agreement to all stated terms and conditions
- Disputes will be settled through friendly negotiation
📝 IMPORTANT NOTES & REMINDERS
- Communication: Please provide clear instructions and event details at least 1 week before the event
- Weather Conditions: Outdoor shoots may be rescheduled due to inclement weather
- Client Cooperation: Timely cooperation ensures smoother coverage and better results
- Equipment Safety: We reserve the right to stop coverage if equipment safety is compromised
- Price Validity: Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of inquiry
